Diet Plan For Three Days

Day 1

Breakfast
Black Coffee/Tea.
1 Grapefruit.
1 Slice Toast.
2 Tsps Peanut Butter.

Lunch
Black Coffee/Tea
4 Ozs Tuna.
1 Slice Toast(plain).

Dinner
1 Piece Cold Meat.
1 Cup String Beans.
4 Ozs Beetroot.
4 Ozs Ice-Cream.
1 Small Apple.


Day 2
Breakfast
Black Coffee/Tea.
1 Egg Boiled/Poached.
1 Slice Toast.(plain)
Half a Banana.

Lunch
Black Coffee/Tea.
4 Ozs Cottage Cheese.
5 Tea/Ritz Biscuits.

Dinner
2 Frankfurters.
4 Ozs Broccoli.
2 Ozs Carrots.
Half a Banana.
4 Ozs Ice-Cream.

Day 3
Breakfast
Black Coffee/Tea.
1 Hard Boiled Egg.
1 Slice Toast.

Lunch
Black Coffee /Tea
1 Slice Cheddar Cheese.
5 Tea/Ritz Biscuits.
1 Small Apple.

Dinner
4 Ozs Tuna .
4 Ozs Beet Root.
4 Ozs Cauliflower.
Half Melon.
4 Ozs Ice-Cream.

This diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven.DO NOT vary or substitute in any way any of the above foods.Salt and pepper are the only permitted seasonings.Where no quantity is given,there are no restrictions other than COMMON SENSE.

This diet is to be used 3 DAYS AT A TIME.In 3 days,you will lose 10 pounds.After 3 days of dieting,you can eat normally,But remember not to overdo it.You will lose up to 40 pounds a month if you stick to it.Toast is to be dry(no butter or margarine).Tuna,stringbeans and beetroot can be frozen.Ice-Cream is to be Vanilla flavour only.

You must drink 5 x 8 fi.Ozs of water each day.

This diet must be followed accurately to lose 10 pounds in 3 days!
